Tender description

The Cambridge Greenways project aims to establish a high-quality network of twelve separate routes into Cambridge from surrounding towns and villages, approximately five to ten miles away. They will primarily be commuter cycle paths, but with additional benefits for pedestrians, horse riders and leisure. Cambridgeshire County Council (CCC) is seeking a designer to produce initial outline concept drawings, feasibility, landscaping and cost planning for the Barton and Haslingfield Greenways. We have already carried out public engagement on both routes and are working out the preferred options, but we now require more detailed designs, drawn in a way that that people can relate to, to take to formal public consultation. Please note that the contract start and end dates are estimated. Please see the attached document for further details of the project.
