Tender description

Due to considerable development of the main Christie site the Trust has been operating a park and ride site and the future success for the development of the Christie must be inclusive of car parking off site. In 2019 the Trust intends to build a tiered car park on the main site which is anticipated to take 12 months to build. The park and ride site is at Withington Community Hospital which currently has 80 spaces. It is likely this site will continue once the tiered car park is built however, additional sites are to be added whilst the car park is being built. These are to be considered as a shorter term contract. The Trust wishes to appoint a supplier to provide transport for the park and ride site at Withington Community Hospital. The Trust wishes to appoint a supplier to provide transport for the park and ride site at Burnage Rugby Club. The Trust wishes to appoint a supplier to provide transport for additional park and ride sites within the greater Manchester area. The Trust wishes to appoint a supplier to provide transport for the park and ride site at Withington Community Hospital and Burnage Rugby Club. The contract for Withington Community Hospital is 2 years with the option to extend for 1 year + 1 year. The contract for Burnage Rugby Club is 12 months with the option to extend for 6 months + 6 months.
