Tender description
Leeds City Council are looking to replace the internal refuse chutes in an 11 storey high rise block as a pilot project. A previous pilot in a different location has seen refuse chutes decommissioned and replaced with external bin stores, and the current pilot will serve as a comparator for the effectiveness of alternative waste disposal methods for high rise flats.
