Tender description

Gloucestershire County Council (GCC) is procuring a Minor Works Framework 0 GBP to 15 000 GBP effective from 1.4.2019 to 31.3.2023. The Minor Works Framework consists of 23 lots, each lot relating to a technical area of expertise (Lot 10 is split into 2 separate Lots: A and B). The Minor Works Framework may be made available to other public bodies to use. These bodies include, but are not limited to: Gloucester City Council, all District Councils within Gloucestershire, Schools and Academy schools within Gloucestershire. The framework may also be used by District Authorities, Schools and Academies within South Gloucestershire,Wiltshire Oxfordshire, Warwickshire and Herefordshire. Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS) Boilers and controls and general plumbing Fixed Wire Testing and General Electrical Response. Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) Fire Alarm Systems and Emergency Lighting Fire Fighting Equipment Lifts (Passenger, goods and specialist) Lightning Protection Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Air Handling Units Access Control, Security Systems, Intruder Alarms, CCTV and Remote Monitoring General Maintenance: Small Building Works and associated mechanical and electrical works General Maintenance - Small Mechanical and Electrical Works and associated enabling building works Asbestos Removal Asbestos Surveys Automatic Door Systems and Roller Shutters Carpet and Floor Coverings Drainage Works Fencing, Hard and Soft Landscaping works Painting and Decorating Roofing Safety Glazing Windows and doors Play Equipment and Surfacing - Installation and Repairs Tree Maintenance
