Tender description
This project will involve the construction of three Advanced Technology Manufacturing Units (ATMU’s), totalling 153 000 sq.ft, on a brownfield site. Works will include, new car parking, service yards, fencing, paths, paving and all associated site works. The proposed new buildings are required to be piled with a steel frame structure and composite cladding envelope, circa nine acre site.
