Tender description
Refurbishment of existing 4 storey building, the former PTSB Office, Bullring, Wexford. To be new Wexford Borough District Office. Works comprise of remedial works associated with water ingress; internal fit out works, including layout modifications, electrical/data installation, new kitchenettes and toilets, new floor finishes and painting, fitted furniture, upgrading of fire alarm and floors; external works including new shopfront, signage, adjusting and decorating sliding sash windows, adjusting public footpath and painting of building;installation of mosaic panels, metal panels and associated lighting on the exterior of the building. Supply and fit of free standing office storage furniture.
