At Thirteen we are a caring landlord, housing developer and a social purpose business that uses our commercial expertise to meet our priorities. Thirteen are the largest landlord group in the North East, owning and managing more than 33,000 properties in the Tees Valley area. Works to achieve compliance in relation to fire safety etc. including some internal alterations to Lauder House, Magnolia and Laburnum Court, Stockton. The proposed commencement date is Monday 28th January 2019 and completion is within 16 weeks. There are no liquidated damages being applied to this Contract.
