• 3 units split in to 14 no. units which are to be constructed with a B2/ B8 use class with the provision for future ancillary B1c office to provide accommodation of 80,514 sq ft / 7,499 m2.• The building should be constructed in excess of current thermal standard, to reduce carbon emissions. • Full Planning was approved the 24th May 2018, a Regulation 3 planning application was submitted to Leicestershire County Council.
