The appointment of a suitable provider who is able to manufacture/provide and install glazing units on an ad hoc basis to our domestic properties. The majority of the contract will be to Thirteen Group (THG) commercial and domestic properties. The length of the contract will be two (2) years with three (3) options to extend each for a further period of one (1) year upon satisfactory performance and at the sole discretion of THG. Potential contract value is 250 000 GBP per annum but there are no guaranteed volumes of work. Envisaged number of contractors to be awarded the contract is 1. Form of Contract that will be used is JCT Measured Term Contract 2016.
