Section 1 - The Works comprise Office Refurbishment works to the ground floor including strip out works, new internal partitions, finishes, fixtures, fittings and furniture and mechanical and electrical services installation as indicated on drawing MH/Feas.003 Rev B. These works must include all works and co-ordination with SSE Contracting Ltd as stated on their drawings identified within Appendix 'A'.
