The opportunity to develop this scheme has bought to Wirral Partnership Homes (Developments) Limited (“Devco”) by MCI Developments Limited. The scheme will provide 45 affordable rent and shared ownership homes. Wirral Partnership Homes (Developments) Ltd (“Devco”) intends to enter into a works contract with MCI Developments Limited (“MCI”) and associated land transfer documents. The works contract concerns the development of land which will be sold by MCI to Devco at the rear of The Elephant, 289 Newcastle Road, Shavington CW2 5DZ (“Site”). The Contract obliges MCI to develop approximately 45 homes on the Site which will be transferred in stages or on completion to Devco. The properties will be affordable housing (as defined in the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended).
