Bishop's Stortford Public Conveniences - rebuild and refurbishment

Tender description

Tenders are invited for the completion of the works related to the refurbishment of the Public Conveniences in Market Square in accordance with the Drawings supplied Demolition is complete and the construction has been completed to the level of the ground floor beam and block, which has been installed. New underfloor drainage, and any underfloor electrical or plumbing work, has not been commenced. The Building inspector has confirmed that the works to date are acceptable, subject only to his requirement to confirm that the dpc has been inserted under the beams of the block and beam floor (it has, the building inspector has just not been invited to inspect). Tenders are now invited to complete the works. Prospective tenderers may inspect the site by appointment.
