Works for complete or part construction and civil engineering work

Tender description

The works to be carried out are located throughout Worcestershire and consist of transportation and highway infrastructure improvements and structures projects. The Contractor may be required to design and construct or solely construct. Individual projects are anticipated to be in the range: 25 000 GBP to 10 000 000 GBP. It should also be noted that the programme of works is not currently fixed or agreed and this may lead to variability in workload through this contract. Annual budgets are variable and not guaranteed, being dependent upon on availability of funding. Tenderers may wish to view Worcestershire's Local Transport Plan, which can be found here: http://www.worcestershire.gov.uk/ltp The contract is under NEC4 ECC Option C target cost arrangements for a duration of four years with the potential to extend for up to a further 3 years, dependent upon performance and value to the Council.
