Construction of landscaping park and 18 month maintenance

Tender description

• Demolition of the existing facades to the 2No dwellings at Burke Street • Removal of some block boundary walls to north of site • Removal of existing Leylandii trees – to east of site • Grading of existing site under archaeologist supervision. • Repair to the existing (non historic) wall at the east of the site in accordance with drawings n to 2.5 M. • Undertaking of works to the Historic Wall/Gable end buttress within proposed entrance plaza (Burke Street end of site) in accordance with architects method statement (to be undertaken by contractor). • Construction of new block wall at east of site • Laying of the new plaza to the Burke Street end of the site as described in the SOW and in relevant drawings • Construction of new Boundary fencing and gates in accordance with tender drawings • Installation of proposed lighting to town walls and Burke Street Plaza • Installation of CCTV on 6M pole • Construction of raised planter and associated bench to Burke Street. • Planting in accordance with drawings and sowing of seed • Construction of new path through the site. • Installation of drainage as per drawings
