Tender description

Goldsmiths, University of London is inviting contractors to submit a response to this PQQ to be included in a tender shortlist (maximum six contractors) for the main building works contract to the roof and service spaces over the universities Great Hall, within the Grade II listed Richard Hoggart Building. The objective of the building works project is to address leaking glazing elements and ensure that all roof areas including roof spaces are safe for future maintenance and related ancillary high level works The tender process is two stage and 5-6 contractors will be shortlisted and invited to submit a tender following the evaluation of PQQ responses.
