Berneslai Homes are inviting companies to tender to carry out and complete Plastering and Tiling works to council properties within the Barnsley Borough . This is a Non OJEU Framework opportunity as defined in the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The framework is divided into lots :- Lot 1 Plastering Lot 2 Tiling The opportunity includes the supply of all labour, plant and materials to carry out to council dwellings. The works may be in connection with any of the following: As part of adaptation works, scheme works, programmed repairs, planned replacements and day to day works. It is envisaged that between 1 and 5 organisations will be included on the framework from which works will be called off as and when required.
