Tender description

Sub-Contractor Framework for Bernicia Group’s Construction Service's Division (CSD), acting as principal contractor, wishes to procure a contractor framework for the delivery of planned improvements, maintenance and possible environmental works to its housing stock. The allocation of the works will be split into 7 lots (lot 7 — roof and rooflines) all covering the former Wansbeck region and will be managed by Bernicia. The lots are : — lot 1: Electrical, — lot 2: Heating and Plumbing, — lot 3: Painting and Decoration, — lot 4: Vinyl Flooring, — lot 5: Ceramic Tiling, — lot 6: Demolition and Joinery, — lot 8: Internal Works (Lots 1-6). Domestic electrical works. Domestic heating and plumbing works. Domestic painting and decoration works. Domestic Vinyl Flooring works. Domestic ceramic tiling works. Domestic demolition and joinery works. Domestic internal works.
