Refurbishment of ground floor of office building to create new "One Stop Shop" Wat Tyler House (West) Swindon

Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the provision of the refurbishment of the Ground Floor Wat Tyler House (West) Swindon to create a new "One Stop Shop". Project Description The contractor will be required to undertake the following works: • External and Internal Works • Joinerworks - fitting out • Plumbing and Drainage Works • Decorations and Finishing including carpeting • Electrical & Mechanical Works including the design thereof • Associated works including the removal and disposal of waste and clean up of works as appropriate The contract term will be 8 weeks. Full details relating to the Works are provided in the tender documents. The relevant tender documents are included within this project webpage as attachments. Tender clarifications to be submitted in writing via e-mail, including the project name clearly in the e-mail title, to TenderingHousingProperty@swindon.gov.uk by 20th September 2018, 1200 hrs UK Local time.
