Tender description
The works include the installation of an attenuation tank beneath a car park on lands adjacent to the N21 at the western approach to Adare Village but not limited to: Site Clearance, installation of Fencing and stone walls, Drainage, Earthworks, Paving for a new car park, Construction of Footpaths, Public Lighting, Signage and all other ancillary works associated with the scheme. The contractor will be required to fulfil the role as of PSCS for the works and will be responsible for the design and installation of Temporary Traffic Management for the duration of the Works.
