Forrest Hills demolition and building works

Tender description

The University is inviting tenders on the terms set out in this ITT for demolition of two existing farm buildings plus building works which will involve the rebuild of a gable wall to a stone barn and the construction of a 'Hit and Miss' timber fence. The location of the site is Forrest Hills site, Hazelrigg Lane, Ellel, Lancaster, LA2 0PL. This tender is not lotted. One contractor will be awarded the full package of work. An accompanied site visit is not felt to be necessary for this tender, Lancaster University's Forrest Hills site is a public space and so sections are open to members of the public (Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm) and can be explored at their convenience unaccompanied by a Purchaser's representative. However, tenderers must register their intended visit via the In-tend portal to ensure access is available.
