ACL Tender: Riverside View Property Management Agent

Aequus Construction Ltd (ACL) is a property and development company based in Bath wholly owned by Bath & North East Somerset Council. ACL are currently working on the redevelopment of a former office block in Keynsham which will be turned into 95 apartments in a single block. We need to commission a Property Management Agent who will take on the full property management of Riverside View. Detailed scope of responsibilities for the Management Agent to include: • Supervision of all repairs & cleaning • Supervision of maintenance services of lifts, building services installation • Preparation of annual service charge • Must prepare annual expense budgets for the Management Agent • Supervision of repairs and renovations as agreed by the Management Agent • Contact with Freeholder (B&NES Council) to agree any service charge for the management company includes: o Building Insurance o Maintenance of external fabric plus any other items in the main lease • Regular meetings with the Management Agent
