Tender description

HRI would like to engage the services of a suitably qualified service provider to design, host, and deliver a commercial and personal training and development programme for the senior managers of Irish racecourses. There are 26 racecourses in Ireland and they hold in excess of 360 race meetings per annum. The racecourses operate in a constantly evolving landscape which presents commercial opportunities to grow existing revenue streams and to develop new ones. It is envisaged that a maximum of 25 people will be in attendance on this instance of the programme which will either have a Spring or Autumn 2019 intake with an estimated completion timeframe of 4-6 months requiring attendance 1/2 days per month while being mindful of the demands of the racing calendar.
