Tender description

The project involves the installation of a new waste water treatment system, decommissioning of existing septic tanks and associated site works to serve the Main House, Tearooms, New Visitor Toilets (and any future temporary toilets). The works includes the following civil works: temporary roads, trenches for chambers and the excavation and fill required under the proposed effluent area. And also includes the provision of a 5year warranty on water treatment equipment and maintenance of the treatment plant over 4year duration.
