Southend-on-Sea Borough Council is looking to construct a new 60 Bed dementia residential care home and a 45 place Learning Disability Day Care Centre Centre on the site of the existing Priory House and Priory School in Burr Hill Chase, Southend-on-Sea. Project will include landscaping, access roads and car parking, along with the demolition of the existing care home.
