Tender description

The Contractor shall submit a price for the whole of the design and construction of the works as noted in 5 Pricing Submission and Part 5 Claylands Prelims Workbook. Upon appointment following the tender process, the Contractor will enter into an NEC Option A Construction Contract for the Design and Build of the Contract. See Appendix 1 for the Contract Data.
