Tender description

Peabody is undertaking a procurement exercise for the execution of window replacement, concrete repairs, ventilation works and other associated repair to 15, 13 storey tower blocks at Thamesmead, SE London. The procurement includes 2 Lots: Lot 1 — 6 No. towers requiring the above works; Lot 2 — 9 No. towers requiring the above works. The planned delivery period for all works is for contractor appointment October 2018 and completion late 2019. A separate contractor will be selected for each lot. Window replacement, concrete repairs, ventilation works and other associated repairs to 6 No. Tower Blocks — Lesnes Estate. Window replacement, concrete repairs, ventilation works and other associated repairs to 9 No. Tower Blocks — Parkview Estate.
