Tender description

VEAT notice of the University of Birmingham's intention to award a contract to Galliford Try Plc to undertake enabling and main works at 3 Centenary Square, Birmingham. The works impact upon adjoining properties and need to be undertaken by the developer of the adjoining properties, of which Galliford Try is the Contractor. Access to the site and locate of site accommodation is severely compromised by development on all sides of the property including significant highway/tram infrastructure works, with the only viable remaining access route being through the current Galliford Try site. Award of a contract to Galliford Try Plc to undertake enabling and main works at 3 Centenary Square.
