Tender description

Successful contractors must have the capability to provide the following items listed below which represent typical works undertaken within RMBC housing stock, although this is not an exhaustive list and may be subject to amendments: — wood preservative treatments (including removal of wood boring insects), — injecting chemical damp proof course, — tanking including renewing damp proof membrane, — liquid waterproofing membrane to internal walls and floors, — replacing damp infected plasterboard, skirting and floorboards, when affected by the above items.
