Term service contract for repair and maintenance and void repairs to Council Housing and Corporate Properties. To carry out the repairs and maintenance for primarily council housing stock and restoration of void properties to council housing stock in the Beverley Housing Depot area but with provision for repairs and maintenance for corporate properties and restoration of void properties to council housing stock located within the geographical boundaries of the East Riding of Yorkshire (ERY). To carry out the repairs and maintenance for primarily council housing stock and restoration of void properties to council housing stock in the Carnaby Housing Depot area but with provision for repairs and maintenance for corporate properties and restoration of void properties to council housing stock located within the geographical boundaries of the East Riding of Yorkshire (ERY). To carry out the repairs and maintenance for primarily council housing stock and restoration of void properties to council housing stock in the Goole Housing Depot area but with provision for repairs and maintenance for corporate properties and restoration of void properties to council housing stock located within the geographical boundaries of the East Riding of Yorkshire (ERY).
