CNC is looking to appoint a single supplier to manage the booking of all of their resilience transport and accommodation requirements on a 24/7 basis 365 days a year. Such as coaches, mini buses taxis, Car Hire and Hotel rooms, in the event of an operational Incident requiring CNC officers to deploy outside of standard routine. The contract would 5 + 2. The CNC has apportioned a value of 5 000 000 GBP to this contract as an estimate of the value the contract could reach, should the CNC have multiple roll outs over that period. Please note, The CNC does not guarantee any spend on this contract, however the CNC would entertain a retainer fee (minimal) if the potential suppliers note this on the financial aspects of the tender documents, which would be weighted accordingly. For any 12 month period where the CNC does not draw on the service then the retainer would be the only payment. The closing date for questions is 12:00 31.8.2018. The Civil Nuclear Constabulary (CNC) is looking to appoint a single supplier to manage the booking of all of their resilience transport and accommodation requirements on a 24/7 basis 365 days a year, in response to any spontaneous national requirements. To include but not limited to facilitating the booking of coaches, mini buses taxis, Car Hire and Hotel rooms, in the event of an operational incident requiring CNC officers to deploy outside of standard routine. The contract would be 5 years with the possibility of extending for a further 2 years. (5 + 2) The CNC has apportioned a value of 5 000 000 GBP to this contract as an estimate of the value the contract could reach, should the CNC have multiple roll outs over that period. (We have used historical data to estimate this figure) please note, The CNC does not guarantee any spend on this contract, however the CNC would entertain a retainer fee (minimal) if the potential suppliers note this on the financial aspects of the tender documents, which would be weighted accordingly.
