728A - Provision for the Design & Build of the Healthcare Futures Centre (HFC)

Tender description

The Centre for Process Innovation Ltd (CPI) requires the following; Subject to confirmation of funding, CPI is seeking to appoint a contractor to provide the Design and Build services for a new build facility designated as the Health Care Futures (HFC) centre, which will be adjacent to CPI's National Biologics Manufacturing Centre at Darlington, DL1 1GL. The HFC will provide highly serviced, flexible laboratory areas for process, analytical and technology development and process demonstration. Please note that the design for the HFC has been completed to RIBA Stage 3+ and the design pack and planning submission are included within the ITT pack. The design team, led by NORR Consultants Limited, will not be novated to the successfully awarded D&B contractor (bidder), but the successfully awarded bidder would be free to sub-contract directly with them if they so wish.
