18/007 Refurbishment of Castle Grounds Public Conveniences

Tender description

Tamworth Borough Council currently operates the Castle Grounds Toilets with free to use male, female, disabled and baby changing facilities in-situ. The site is now starting to show its age and the Council is seeking a suitably qualified Contractor to provide a full turnkey service with design for the refurbishment or rebuild of the block along with safe access around and in to the facility. This works contract will be let on a design & build basis with the Contractor being responsible for all aspects of the design and specification of materials to be used in order to achieve the required outcomes and outputs for the Council.
