Tender description

Contractors are Invited to Tender to be appointed onto the Pobl Group DLO Subcontractor framework that is being established to support the internal DLO section of the Pobl Group. The terms of engagement and basis of payment shall be formed under the M3NHF Schedule of Rates (Version 6.1). The DLO section of the Pobl Group will proceed to undertake as much of the repairs and maintenance works as possible (approx 70 %) for the East Wales of the Group, however, there is a need to have a list of suitable contractors that cover a range of category areas that shall support and perform any works/repairs required where the DLO does not have sufficient capacity or resources to do so. Contractors are invited to tender to be appointed onto the DLO Subcontractor framework that is being established to support the internal DLO section of the Pobl Group. This Lot relates to roofing services (repairs and maintenance).
