Tender description

The works comprise the refurbishment of the low rise apartment blocks, currently occupied by tenants and leaseholders. This is predominantly the painting of internal walls and ceilings, replacement of floor finishes, joinery work, i.e. replacing doors and windows and fixing new handrails, minor works to the building envelope i.e. installing new” trespa” cladding and removing concrete canopy's, and some minor external works, i.e. pressure washing/ replacing paviours, repointing works and installing new where required.
