Tender description

1. To wire brush and scrape the walls of the boiler room to remove the residual asbestos insulation that has been located. To report back any requirement for encapsulation. (Please note that the walls have been painted so we will not be able to guarantee that some residue may remain, hidden beneath the paint and as yet unidentified). To vacuum, decontaminate and prepare for air testing.2. To strip, remove and dispose of a section of plasterboard and artex to the corner of the year 4 classroom where there is water damage. To vacuum and decontaminate. To provide 12.5mm plasterboard cut into the hole created with mastic joints. To seal the edge of the remaining artex and decorate with 2 coats of emulsion paint.
