Tender description

The Corporate Officer of the House of Commons and the corporate officer of the house of lords (the authority) requires a number of suppliers for the provision of a framework for a wide range of: — bread, — bakery and — frozen patisserie supplies, for resale in its catering venues throughout the Parliamentary estate. The framework will be split into a number of lots covering but not limited to, the following areas: — lot 1: Standard Fresh Breads and Bakery Items, — lot 2: Frozen Desserts and Afternoon Tea Sweet Selection, — lot 3: Artisan Bread Loaves and Rolls, — lot 4: Frozen Bread and Bakery Items, — lot 5: Frozen Pastries and Morning Goods. The authority intends to appoint one supplier for each lot for this framework contract. The Framework Agreement will be for a period of 4 years. The authority shall only appoint suppliers who can demonstrate that they have the ability to supply the services identified in the requirement, by the most economically advantageous tender submitted.
