The Council wishes to appoint a provider for Remedial Fire Safety Works and Removal of associated asbestos. Works will be required to fulfilled on the following locations: • 1-6, 7-21 & 13-18 Gorham Close, Lawrence Weston, Bristol. • 1-21, 2-12, 13-23, 14-24, 26-36, 38-48, 50-60, 62-71, 121-131 & 133-143 Henacre Road, Lawrence Weston, Bristol. • 25-39, 41-55, 57-71, 73-87, 89-103 & 105-119 Henacre Road, Lawrence Weston, Bristol. • 37-43A, 45-51A, 53-59A, 61-67A, 69-75A, 77-83A, 85-91A, 93-99A, 101-107A & 109-115A Long Cross, Lawrence Weston, Bristol. • 464-470 Long Cross, Lawrence Weston, Bristol. • 550-586, 588-618, 620-650 & 652-682 Long Cross, Lawrence Weston, Bristol. • 2-12 & 14-24 Maunsell Road, Lawrence Weston, Bristol. • 25-29A & 31-35A Long Cross, Lawrence Weston, Bristol. Properties are between 2-5 Story mid-rise. Majority of occupants are council tenants but there are a few leaseholders. Further details will be disclosed and discussed post contract.
