Provision of services in relation to property and land sales. The letting of residential and commercial property services for Stoke-on-Trent City Council. This requirement is to provide estate agents services for Council owned property. The City Council wishes to appoint a maximum of 4 providers. Typical services required will include: Rent reviews and lease renewals Lettings and disposals of land and property Dilapidations Valuations Service charge matters relating to the agency/letting function Release of restrictive covenants Telecommunications agreements and related matters Property acquisition Development appraisals Preparation of planning applications Lease breaks and expiries Property acquisition To ensure different providers regardless of size, have the opportunity to submit bids for this tender, it has been divided into Lots. Bidders may apply for one or more of the Lots listed, but they MUST be able to meet ALL the requirements within the Lot. Lot 1 - Disposal by Auction Lot 2 - Disposal of Private Treaty/Informal Tender Acquisitions and Agency Lot 3 - Professional Work Lot 4 - Valuations and Appraisals This contract is available for use by all Stoke-on-Trent City Council establishments. Please note that under this framework Stoke-on-Trent City Council gives NO guarantee whatsoever as to future levels of business within each Lot and the approximate value may fluctuate in line with changing requirements.
