The Works comprise: a)The internal and external refurbishment of the Male and Female toilets Dunwich b)Drainage and associated works - Aldeburgh c)All other associated work as identified in the attached specification. To remove and dispose from site, all debris along with fixtures and fittings as detailed in the Invitation to Bid documents.
