Tender description

The Authority has appointed an experienced Contractor for the design and construction of refurbishment and extension works at Oaklands school comprising providing a new main entrance lobby extension, a new office infill, refurbishment of existing rooms to form a new “Nursery” block for ASD and PMLD children with a new dedicated entrance, conversion of existing fitness suite into a new hydrotherapy pool room with changing facilities and plant space.
