Refurbishment and remodelling of Croft Green, Dunstable. Central Bedfordshire Council is seeking a suitably experienced and qualified contractor to refurbish and remodel the existing building comprising of 9 bedsit sheltered accommodation, into 4 one bedroom and 3 two bedroom sheltered apartments together communal areas at Croft Green, Dunstable, Bedfordshire, LU6 1EG. Each apartment will incorporate a kitchen, level access shower bathroom, living area and bedroom/s. Please see the tender documents for full details of this project. It is anticipated that the contract will start in December 2018 and complete in June 2019. Questions asked together with the response, will be made available to all firms quoting, to ensure a fair and consistent approach to all. Deadline for Expressions of Interest and availability of downloading documents is Thursday 18th October 2018. Completed tenders and attachments should be submitted electronically, by the due date via out 'In-Tend' electronic tendering system. Tenders must be uploaded via the 'My Return' section of the system. Tenders submitted through the correspondence facility will not be considered. Your tender must be submitted via the 'In-Tend' system no later than Noon on Friday 26th October 2018
