Tender description

Invite tenders for the provision of beers, wines, spirits and mixers in accordance with the requirements detailed in the ITT document and appendices. The beach ballroom offers a range of whisky vodka gin rum and brandy. We also stock a range of traditional liqueurs and malt whisky. The beach ballroom has a 22 bottle wine list. Currently the beach ballroom stocks a range of continental lagers, local real ales, guinness (surge cans), magners, WKD and smirnoff ice. The beach ballroom currently provides draught lager, beer and cider. Post mix and mixers: the ballroom stocks a full range of soft drinks, postmix (currently coca cola/schweppes products).
