Please note this is a contract award notice. NHS Education for Scotland seek a technical partner(s) to work with NHS Education for Scotland on the design and delivery of new Executive Leadership Development and Talent Management arrangements for NHS Scotland. A partner is required to work closely with NES and key stakeholders on the design and development of the preferred options identified through the scoping stage. The leadership development offered will need to reflect the realities of the integrated and multi-sector operating environment. It will need to be developed with the potential over time to accommodate cohorts of senior leaders that reflect that diversity. NES is seeking a technical partner to provide design and implementation support for a Once for Scotland approach to talent management and succession planning. The successful partner will work with NES and key stakeholders to introduce the executive level talent management arrangements in a way that enables later implementation of the process to all levels and across all professional groups.
