Framework to execute a cross tenure disabled adaptations service and bulk lift maintenance service, within the boundaries of the City of Salford. The works shall involve: 1) The supply, installation, servicing and routine maintenance of lifting equipment under warranty and associated works for persons with restricted mobility. The works shall be issued under individual call-offs in order to facilitate individual Client adaptations schemes; b) A bulk maintenance service for the regular preventative maintenance lifting equipment featuring on the "Lift Maintenance Portfolio". The supply and installation of new straight and curved track stairlifts. The removal for re-use, conditioning, storing and re-location of stairlifts. Routine servicing and repairs to the equipment during warranty periods and any other specified supplementary works. The supply and installation of new step lifts, platform lifts and inclined lifting platforms. The removal for re-use, reconditioning, storing and re-location of step lifts, platform lifts and inclined lifting platforms. Servicing, inspection and repairing of the equipment during warranty periods and any other specified supplementary works. The supply and installation of hydraulic or traction powered domestic vertical lifts. The removal for re-use, reconditioning, storing and re-location of domestic vertical lifts. Servicing, inspection and repairing of the equipment during warranty periods and any other specified supplementary works. The supply and installation of ceiling fixed electrically powered patient ceiling track hoists. The removal for re-use, reconditioning, storing and re-location of patient ceiling track hoists. Servicing, inspection and repairing of the equipment during warranty periods and any other specified supplementary works. Preventative maintenance comprising of routine servicing and inspection to straight & curved track stairlifts featuring on the bulk lift maintenance portfolio. Attendance to breakdowns and other associated interruptions to the lift service. General repairs to the equipment. Removal, storage & re-location of stairlifts and associated equipment as necessary. Preventative maintenance comprising of routine servicing and inspection to domestic vertical lifts, step lifts & platform lifts featuring on the bulk lift maintenance portfolio. Attendance to breakdowns and other associated interruptions to the lift service. General repairs to the equipment. Removal, storage & re-location of lifts and associated equipment as necessary. Preventative maintenance comprising of routine servicing and inspection to ceiling fixed patient lifting hoists featuring on the bulk lift maintenance portfolio. Attendance to breakdowns and other associated interruptions to the hoist service. General repairs to the lifting equipment. Removal, storage & re-location of lifts and associated equipment as necessary.
