Tender description
The Council has recently refreshed and re-launched its East Riding Leadership offer for both its Established and Aspiring Leaders across the organisation and want to deploy both internal and external opportunities to support its leaders in their future development. Within the external environment there are crucial opportunities for the organisation to support and develop its Leaders so they remain well equipped and prepared for the future challenges ahead. The local government market place is changing and we want to work with partner providers to offer our Leaders an opportunity to participate in activities and programmes that engage with other partner agencies, from the public, private and voluntary sectors across the Yorkshire and Humber region and beyond.
