Chesterfield Borough Council is seeking to procure a contractor to enter into a JCT Design and Build Contract 2016 with amendments, to design and construct a new enterprise centre on part of Holywell Cross Car Park in Chesterfield town centre as part of its Northern Gateway proposals. Chesterfield Borough Council is seeking to procure a contractor to enter into a JCT Design and Build Contract 2016 with amendments, to design and construct a new enterprise centre on part of Holywell Cross Car Park in Chesterfield town centre as part of its Northern Gateway proposals. The Council appointed Whittam Cox Architects to prepare designs for purposes of planning and procurement to RiBA Workplan Stage 3. Whittam Cox Architects, as lead consultant, assembled a design team comprised of MJM Consulting Engineers, DDA Mechanical and Electrical and Planit IE. The Council would welcome bids from bidders which seek a transfer of these services and retain the knowledge already gathered by this design team in progressing designs beyond RiBA Workplan Stage 3.
