The work specified is required for the design, manufacture and installation of a prefabricated steel external fire escape by a named sub-contractor. The staircase is to serve the 1st floor flats and to be installed to the opposite end of the corridor to existing staircase. Excavation and construction of ground slab and pad foundations. Cutting openings for and forming fire escape door/window openings and installing doors and frames. External landscaping and pathway formation. Provision of escape lighting to the staircase.
