Wigan Council are seeking to establish a framework for the provision of construction of new dwellings within Wigan Borough. The framework will be divided into 6 lots split by construction type and value band — Lot 1A: construction of specialist and supported housing 500 000 GBP — 2 000 000 GBP, — Lot 1B: construction of specialist and supported housing 2 000 000,01 GBP — 4 500 000 GBP, — Lot 1C: construction of specialist and supported housing 4 500 000,01 + GBP, — Lot 2A: construction of general needs’ housing 500 000 GBP — 2 000 000 GBP, — Lot 2B: construction of general needs’ housing 2 000 000,01 GBP — 4 500 000 GBP, — Lot 2C: construction of general needs’ housing 4 500 000,01+ GBP. The framework will run for 4 years with a maximum of 3 contractors per lot. Lot 1A: construction of specialist and supported housing 500 000 GBP — 2 000 000 GBP. Lot 1B: construction of specialist and supported housing 2 000 000,01 GBP — 4 500 000 GBP. Lot 1C: construction of specialist and supported housing 4 500 000,01+ GBP. Lot 2A: construction of general needs’ housing 500 000 GBP — 2 000 000 GBP. Lot 2B: construction of general needs’ housing 2 000 000,01 GBP — 4 500 000 GBP. Lot 2C: construction of general needs’ housing 4 500 000,01+ GBP.
