Upgrade Works to the Irish Management Institute (IMI) Campus

Irish Management Institute (IMI) hereby issues this information in accordance with the requirements of EC directive 2004/18/EC (open procedure) for applicants, and is inviting tenders from Works Contractors under the open procedure for upgrade Works comprising to the following. Minor refurbishment works to existing buildings including upgrades to fire alarm and equipment, electrical boards and services, upgrading carpets and ceilings and redecoration and fire stopping. The project will be carried out in a number of separate phases to keep the existing facility in full operation. Irish Management Institute (IMI) Campus comprises 4 no Main Buildings as follows and work is required in all buildings a. Main Teaching Building – 1974 Building b. Administration Building – 1974 Building c. Conference Centre & Accommodation Block – 2005 Building d. Clonard House – Mid Nineteenth Century UCC are managing the procurement process on behalf of IMI and procurement for the Works is taking place on the UCC e- tenders Portal. IMI will be the Contracting Authority and will sign all contracts for this commission.
