Tender description
Waterford City and County Council is proposing upgrade works to the breakwater wall and adjacent hardstand area at Lady Elizabeth Cove. These works involve the concrete encasement of the breakwater wall, the over-slabbing of the existing hardstand area, and the installation of new mooring rings.
